Jackaroos Boutique, LLC is committed to outstanding customer service. Each item is custom made, so please let us know if you have any special requests and we'll see what we can do. We also love hearing your ideas, so please let us know if there is something you'd like to see here at Jackaroos Boutique.
Shipping
Items are sent USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground depending on total weight. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery once it leaves our hands.
Since all of our items are custom made when ordered, please allow up to 7-14 days from the time you place your order to the time it is shipped (plus shipping time). If you need items sooner, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.
$5.00 flat rate for all orders shipped within the U.S.
For orders totaling $100 or more, shipping is free.
Please contact us before you place an order if you are interested in international shipping to any country outside the U.S.
Sales Tax
A state sales tax of 7% will be applied to all orders shipped to a Florida address.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within five days to arrange a timely return of the item for a refund or exchange. Due to the custom nature of monogrammed items, those cannot be returned.
Washing and Care Instructions
We recommend that all our products be washed in cold water with like colors on delicate cycle. Dry on low heat or air dry. For products with Velcro, latch it before washing. This will help your products last longer! Do not iron the minky dot fabric (blankets and loveys). The dots will flatten and basically disappear.
Privacy Policy
All information collected by Jackaroos Boutique, LLC is used for order processing and occasional email offers from Jackaroos Boutique, LLC only. Information collected will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. Jackaroos Boutique, LLC will never disclose your contact details to any third parties.
